- Cod fillets
- Almonds
- Whitepepper
- Fresh dill
- Olive Oil
- Place the cod fillets into an oiled roasting tray and season.
- Season the fish with salt and white pepper
- Pour some olive oil on to the fish.
- Crush some almonds and chop some dill and sprinkle over fish.
- You can cook some tomatoes on the side of the fish
